Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the execution of campaigns. This includes brand guidelines, creative assets, product information, and campaign objectives. Delays in providing materials may impact campaign timelines and deliverables.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving campaign strategies, creator selections, content drafts, and other deliverables within agreed-upon timeframes. Failure to provide timely feedback may result in project delays.
Clients must ensure that all products, services, and marketing materials comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes but is not limited to advertising standards, disclosure requirements, and intellectual property rights.

Service fees will be outlined in individual project proposals or service agreements. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestone payments, and final payment schedules, will be specified in the relevant agreement. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of services until payment is received. We reserve the right to withhold deliverables or pause campaigns in the event of non-payment.
Refund policies will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, deposits and fees for completed work are non-refundable. Refunds for services not yet rendered will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Clients retain all rights to their brand assets, trademarks, and proprietary materials provided to us. By providing such materials, clients grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon services.
Rights to creator-generated content will be specified in individual campaign agreements. Typically, clients receive usage rights for campaign content as outlined in creator contracts. Purple Mango Media facilitates these agreements but does not claim ownership of creator content.
Purple Mango Media retains all rights to our methodologies, strategies, templates, tools, and proprietary processes. We may showcase campaign results and case studies (with client approval) for marketing and portfolio purposes.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes business strategies, financial information, unreleased products, and other confidential materials.
Confidential information does not include information that: (a) is or becomes publicly available through no breach of this agreement; (b) was rightfully in the receiving party's possession prior to disclosure; or (c) is required to be disclosed by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purple Mango Media shall not be liable for:
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as viral reach, sales conversions, or follower growth, as these depend on numerous external factors including audience behavior, platform algorithms, and market conditions.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual agreement. Termination terms, including notice periods and obligations for work in progress, will be outlined in the service agreement.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet or platform outages, or public health emergencies.
These Terms, together with any service agreements and proposals, constitute the entire agreement between you and Purple Mango Media regarding our services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
